The Vijay Vihar Co-Operative Housing Society Ltd. established in 1965, is the first housing Co-operative Society. The prime objective of the Corporation is to provide housing loans to the Members through its affiliated House Building Primary Cooperative Societies in the urban as well as the rural areas.
Housing Cooperative Sector has a two tier structure. Housing Corporation at House Building Cooperative Societies. These societies provide long term loan to members for construction and purchase of residential houses, flats and core houses. With the loan assistance of these societies we have our wings spread with 167 members across. It was recently that we made our massive inception in Mumbai.

Starting with modest beginning, today Vijay Vihar Co-Operative Housing Society Ltd stands tall after delivering new age homes to all our members. Our sole motto has been with the uplifting the wellbeing and lifestyle of each one of our family members. Our focus has been on the common man of the country as BLM aspires to see our members as happy house owners not only in developed regions but also in the destinations that are new to the organized housing. We achieve this by delivering high-quality housing with all amenities at subsidized rates.
