The Vijay Vihar Co-Operative Housing Society Ltd. Established in 1965, The prime objective of the Corporation is to provide housing loans to the Members through its affiliated House Building Primary Cooperative Societies in the urban as well as the rural areas. Housing Cooperative Sector has a two tier structure. Housing Corporation at House Building Cooperative Societies. These societies provide long term loan to members for construction and purchase of residential houses, flats and core houses. 1. Preparation of Feasibility Report:
A feasibility report shall be prepared by studying the plan, by applying the FSI & TDR rules, considering maximum benefits the member can demand from the developers.
2. Preparation of Tender for Redevelopment:
Preparation of Tender document, “Tender” is a crucial document, which is to be designed meticulously to avoid any kind of argument during the course of project.
3. Selection of Developer:
After detailed study of various bids, considering technical and commercial angle a bid comparison chart is prepared with our recommendations. .
4. Project Planning:
After placing of work order the developer is asked to prepare a detail work schedule and the entire project is planned with deadlines.
5. Quality controls:
A regular visit of a project manager is arranged 3-4 times a week. Maximum emphasis is given on the quality of the constructions to avoid recurring expensive repairs afterwards.
